Description: The Portobello is a brown version of the common white button mushroom found at your local grocery store. When these fruits are small with unopened caps they are called Crimini. As the fruits mature, they grow in size, and their caps begin to open, at which point they are recognized as the tasty Portobello. A welcome addition to any BBQ!
